Nose: A really clean sherry, delicate. Candied apple, crispy, like you are biting a really juicy red apple, waxy, slightly leathery
Palate: Sweet, round, smooth, mild, apple, menthol, sultanas, nutmeg
Finish: Medium finish, warm, peppery, raisin
